1. Warm Welcome & Meet-and-Greet

Our friendly team will greet you and help you feel at home the moment you walk through our doors. You’ll meet with Dr Mike DeBole and one of our SoftWave specialists who will guide you through the entire visit. We’re here to listen, answer your questions, and make sure you feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

2. Health History & Chief Complaint Review

Before we begin any treatment, we take the time to understand your specific pain points, injury history, and overall health picture. You’ll sit down with our team to review your chief complaint, discuss previous diagnoses or treatments, and identify your goals for pain relief, recovery, and quality of life.

3. SoftWave 101: Understanding the Science of Healing

Next, we educate you on what makes SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Therapy so powerful and different from other treatments.
